RESPONSIBILITIES:

📍Oversee the bookkeeping and accounting cycles, ensuring all day-to-day finance tasks are being done in the most efficient / optimal ways 📍Own and prepare accurate monthly financial reports for the CFO, FC, and management team 📍Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying areas and providing solutions for improvement 📍Feed into the budgeting and forecast processes, particularly in regard to Web3 and token elements 📍Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert on accounting for crypto and Web3 transactions and projects, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and development 📍Monitor and assess financial risks associated with web3 projects and develop strategies to mitigate those risks 📍Provide financial guidance and support to the web3 team and other stakeholders within the company 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support on a daily basis 📍Get involved with other adhoc projects in the finance and operational areas of the business

Requirements

📍Proven experience (2+ years PQE) as a Finance 📍Manager or similar in a gaming or high-growth tech business 📍In-depth knowledge of financial management principles and practices 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 📍Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills Advanced Excel / Sheets skills to include use of VBA/Macros 📍Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 📍Attention to detail and high level of accuracy 📍Relevant professional certification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
