Key Responsibilities:

📍Oversee the financial operations of the Thailand Gulf Binance Exchange, ensuring compliance with SEC filing requirements and local statutory regulations. 📍Develop and implement financial strategies to support the exchange's growth and profitability. 📍Manage the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial statements and reports, including SEC filings. 📍Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulatory requirements. 📍Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. 📍Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. 📍Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the security and integrity of financial data. 📍Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed. 📍Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making. 📍Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 📍Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial management, regulatory compliance, and business partnering. 📍Strong knowledge of SEC filing requirements and local financial regulations in Thailand. 📍Proven experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is highly desirable. 📍Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 📍Strong leadership and team management abilities. 📍Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
