Job Summary
Responsibilities
šAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports šHandle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments šSupport monthly closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals šMaintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for audit and compliance šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify financial dataAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisMonitor cash flow and support treasury-related tasks šSupport tax filings, regulatory submissions, and internal/external auditsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the finance function
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field š1ā2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditProficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus šStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy šGood understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles (e.g., IFRS/SFRS) šExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities
