Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Review and approve corporate credit card transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 📍Process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner. 📍Purchasing processes, payment tracking and maintain contact with different suppliers. 📍Maintain accurate records of all corporate expenses. 📍Prepare and distribute monthly expense reports. 📍Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reports. 📍Provide general administrative support to the Finance and Accounting department, such as filing, scheduling, and answering phones.
REQUIREMENTS
📍Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. 📍2+ years of experience in a financial or administrative role. 📍Fluency in English. 📍Strong understanding of financial principles and procedures. 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills. 📍Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
