Job Summary
Responsibilities
šAccounts Payable šReview, verify, and process invoices, purchase orders, and employee expenses accurately and on time. šEnsure proper coding, documentation, and approvals for all transactions. šReconcile AP accounts and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. šPayroll Processing šManage end-to-end payroll processing, including accurate accounting, and payment processing. šMaintain accurate payroll records for audit and respond timely to queries. šCompliance & Reporting šSupport audits for AP and payroll. šTimely accounting of entries to aid management reporting šAutomation & Process Improvements šIdentify opportunities to automate manual, repetitive tasks within AP and payroll. šPartner with internal teams to implement AI-driven improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy. šContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA in Finance or CA-inter preferred). š5ā8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with strong exposure to payroll processing across geographies. šExposure to Xero, Quickbooks, ChatGPT, Hubspot. šProven track record of driving automation and process improvement initiatives. šStrong knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements in AP and payroll. šExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. šProficiency in accounting / payroll software and comfort with adopting new technologies.
