Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤProvide expert-level remote management, administration, and support for the Production and Demo trading exchange, including updating underlying symbols, creating and scheduling contracts, performing end-of-day processing, settling expired contracts, and assisting with problem resolution. đź“ŤContribute to the development, ongoing refinement, enhancement, and continuous process improvement of services. đź“ŤAssist in the investigation, implementation, and operation of third-party tools to enhance, automate, and streamline service delivery. đź“ŤSupport quality assurance testing to ensure service reliability and accuracy. đź“ŤHandle a wide variety of issues, both within and beyond the defined job description.
Requirements
đź“ŤAbility to perform effectively in a mission-critical operational team environment. đź“ŤProven track record of collaborating with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service. đź“ŤExperience or familiarity with Linux servers is preferred. đź“ŤWillingness to provide periodic off-hours coverage.
