Job Summary
What you'll do
šOversee day-to-day operations, including project prioritization, sprint planning, and on-call retrospectives, to ensure smooth and efficient team execution. šDrive product excellence: Work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists and other teams to define and implement a roadmap for seamless payment experiences. šSupport engineers in their professional growth with clear feedback and grow technical leaders. šEnsure high technical standards by instituting processes (design reviews, testing) and culture (engineering excellence).
What you bring
šLeadership experience with a strong software engineering background and 2+ years of leading teams, driving complex projects, and delivering impactful results in fast-paced environments. šStrong product sense: You understand user needs and can translate business goals into elegant technical solutions. šStrong communication skills; clarity of thought. šBe a force multiplier for your team, enable your team to do their best work. šCrypto exposure: Experience in building products in crypto space is a plus.
