Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šLead and grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on building secure and compliant payments infrastructure. šDefine and implement the architecture for core financial systems, including KYC/AML integrations, on/off ramps, transaction flows, and currency conversion. šCollaborate with Product and Design teams to translate complex financial requirements into elegant, scalable backend systems. šEstablish engineering best practices and processes for testing, CI/CD, documentation, and monitoring in a regulated environment. šProvide mentorship, coaching, and career development for engineers; foster an inclusive, high-accountability team culture. šPartner cross-functionally to align technical execution with business goals, delivering iteratively while planning for scale.
What Youāll Need
š6+ years of backend software engineering experience, including 2+ years managing teams. šStrong proficiency in GoLang and building production-grade APIs or distributed systems. šExperience in payments or fintech domains such as KYC/AML, FX, digital wallets, or on/off ramp integration. šDemonstrated ability to scale engineering teams and establish high technical and operational standards. šTrack record of delivering secure, compliant software systems in regulated environments.
