📍Implement scalable infrastructure and platform foundations that support the next phase of CoinTracker’s growth 📍Establish a roadmap for developer productivity improvements (e.g., ephemeral environments, platform tooling) that drive meaningful improvements in developer satisfaction and velocity 📍Deliver key shared services such as auth, audit logging, observability adopted across all product teams 📍Develop and communicate a clear vision and long-term strategy for the Infrastructure and Platform teams
What you will do
đź“ŤLead a team of 5-6 engineers across Infrastructure and Platform, providing clarity, prioritization, and coaching đź“ŤDefine and drive the roadmap for infrastructure reliability and scalability, developer experience, and core platform services đź“ŤGuide the evolution of our architecture toward modular, service-oriented systems đź“ŤFoster a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence
