Job Summary
What You'll Do:
📍Lead & Grow the Team: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers focused on Dev Tools and Developer Relations. Drive execution across multiple roadmap tracks while fostering a culture of simplicity, iteration, and developer empathy. 📍Shape the Developer Experience: Partner with Product, Design, and Security to continuously improve every surface developers touch—documentation, SDKs, dashboard flows, sample projects, observability tools, and onboarding paths. 📍Enterprise-Ready Foundations: Ensure the platform meets the needs of enterprise and financial app developers by delivering robust security, compliance, and management capabilities (e.g., role-based access control, API key scoping/rotation, audit logs, observability). 📍Accelerate Developer Adoption: Drive projects that shorten time-to-value for developers: refreshed tutorials, streamlined onboarding, AI-assisted workflows, and clonable sample apps tailored to money-movement and smart wallet use cases. 📍Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Alchemy (Product, Security, Infra, Growth, Design) to set priorities, define standards, and align execution with company-wide goals for revenue and developer activation.
