Job Summary
You Will:
šDefine and drive the long-term strategy, architecture, and priorities for the Content Platform team, ensuring scalable, high-performance asset management šLead engineering teams in building and maintaining robust, large-scale distributed systems to support the creation, upload, storage, indexing, and delivery of all asset types used on Roblox šOversee the operation Robloxās largest backend service, handling 100 million+ requests per second, and ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency at global scale šCollaborate with cross-functional partners, including product, infrastructure, and developer platform teams, to align engineering initiatives with the needs of creators and the broader Roblox ecosystem šGuide ownership of roadmaps, projects, and outcomes, balancing innovation with operational excellence, security, and cost efficiency
You Have:
š12+ years of experience building high-impact, consumer-facing applications at scale. BS in Computer Science or related fields is preferred šDeep expertise in backend engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale infrastructure, delivering high-performance, reliable platforms in high-traffic production environments šStrong experience working with cross-functional teams
