Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
šLead VCA's CMS implementation work across CEMEA including platform development, clients management, business development, and projects delivery. šLead product launches from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives, including manage programs overseeing technical integrations with banking systems, including core banking platforms, APIs, and third-party services. šDevelop clear platform KPIs and outcomes, track implementation against these defined KPIs, (with a focus on product launches, product sales and acceleration of product usage). šIn coordination with Country Managers and Account Executives, develop plans for consulting activity and GTM plans in the sphere of CMS. šDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for CEMEA-wide CMS product launch and sales acceleration programs.
Requirements
šBachelor's degree or equivalent. Masterās degree preferred. šAt least 10 years of overall work experience including mandatory solid (at least 5 years) consulting experience in primary strategy or management consulting firm šAdditional experience in Small Business or Corporate Banks, Strategy or business Functions would be a plus, as well as in primary players active in the B2B money movement space šSolid consulting skills and client engagement capabilities, including advanced client contact, public speaking skills and advanced skills in using Excel and Power point.
