📍Ensure engineers are productive, learning, and doing meaningful work 📍Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish technical and product goals 📍Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects 📍Interview and hire the best and brightest software engineers 📍Mentor and grow individual contributors and managers, helping cultivate their careers 📍Lead foundational, multi-discipline teams of engineers working on complex, full-stack projects with wide impact across the company 📍Drive the strategy for how we test, validate, and safely deliver new features, balancing speed and stability across our web and mobile apps. 📍Work closely with product, design, legal and customer support to deliver seamless user experiences 📍Get your hands dirty: review code and contribute when it makes sense 📍Contribute your fair share of memes to our #dev-null slack channels
Must-Haves
