Job Summary
Responsibilities
šOversee a Software Engineering team, ensuring all development efforts are high quality and our blockchain infrastructure runs efficiently šPartner with Management to define the technical roadmap, while leading the development of current and future products from conception to delivery šOversee, mentor and motivate the team to be successful in their positions šEnsure the team meets project deadlines and company goals šMonitor the teams performance and productivity and offer support where necessary šImplement best practices for software development by staying up to date with the latest blockchain technologies to drive innovation šHandle any critical technical problems and strategically deliver high performing solutions
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Computer Science or related field šPrevious experience with managing a team of engineers š3+ years experience in Blockchain in general š2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV, specifically ETH MEV, including mev-boosts and PBS šAbility to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...) šExperience in trading šExpertise using Go language šStrong communication and problem solving skills šCreative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team player
