Summary: We are looking for a Director of Security Engineering who can help grow our Product and Infrastructure Security programs. This individual will oversee key security initiatives, develop and mature the organization, and empower Engineering with world-class security resources. This individual must be comfortable in a highly technical fast-moving environment. Your Impact: -Develop, plan, grow and execute formal product and infrastructure security initiatives. -Build strong relationships with security leadership and cross-functional partners to cultivate a security culture throughout the organization. -Help design, facilitate and implement blockchain-related custody project(s). -Develop, mentor, and grow a team of world-class security engineers.

Requirements: -Experience in building high-performing teams at rapidly growing companies. i.e., teams 2-3xing growth YOY. -Highly technical, capable of keeping up with an exceptionally technically minded audience. -Organized and articulate, can communicate complex technical concepts to external audiences and orchestrate the execution of highly specialized projects. -Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of meeting deadlines and ensuring projects are completed on time, generally ahead of schedule. -Capable of jumping in and helping where needed, i.e., not just a people manager, can contribute to code reviews and architecture design. -Self-directed and driven, proactively identifies risk areas and creates mitigation plans.

Desired Qualifications: -Experience building cryptographic custody solutions or related cryptographic-based security projects. -Understands and has knowledge of blockchain-related security problems. -Enjoys mentorship of a team and growing individuals to be successful. -Experience working in hyper-growth (100% YOY growth) organizations.
