Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šDevelop and lead the product marketing strategy for the Stellar network and SDFās products and solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market opportunities. šPlay a vital, contributing role in SDFās overall marketing strategy and planning efforts. šManage and grow a team of product marketers, ensuring their engagement and strong cross-functional collaboration šLead the design and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates, including market analysis, positioning and messaging. šDrive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, ecosystem needs, and opportunities to inform product development, marketing and communication strategies. šOversee creation of compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences, including developers, entrepreneurs and enterprise businesses. šManage the teamās creation of high-quality marketing materials, including case studies (written, video), blog posts, website content, presentations, content for industry events and collateral. šIdentify trends, opportunities for testing, and measure results. Report campaign findings and make recommendations for optimization. šOwn and oversee SDFās Marketing Grant program, including identifying companies in need of marketing support, working with ecosystem companies directly to determine/assess their internal marketing capabilities, pitching and gaining approval of marketing grants within SDF, working with grant recipients to monitor ongoing marketing performance, ensuring the effort is driving meaningful transactions on the Stellar network. šIdentify key projects in the Stellar ecosystem and create co-marketing plans/strategies to highlight their use cases.
You have:
š8+ years of experience in product marketing, including leading product marketing within an organization. šExperience in the web3/blockchain, Fintech and/or B2B space šProven track record of leading, mentoring and growing high-performing marketing teams to launch and scale technology products šDemonstrated success in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business goals. šStrong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing planning. šExceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and presentations. šMarket Analytics/Insights: Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive data-driven strategy. šTechnical Acumen: Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. šComprehensive understanding of user journeys and product sales/integration lifecycles šAdaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. šPassion for Blockchain: Genuine passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform the financial system.
