They are growing their team remotely in the US/Canada and one of their key hires will be a Director of Marketing. Responsibilities: develop and own marketing strategy to target ideal audiences track and measure performance of campaigns, identifying insights to inform future strategy and testing setting creative and data-driven initiatives to align with the company's mission delivering expertise in all things digital marketing, brand strategy, data analytics, tailored messaging recruit marketing talent- building out and managing a team of marketing specialists

Your Background 5+ years in Insurtech marketing roles 5-10 years of digital marketing experience Data-driven, ability to test theories and use insight to build strategy Knowledgable about multiple marketing acquisition channels; influencer, paid and earned, organic, email/social Leadership- management experience A dynamic communicator and creative thinker
