Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šStrategic Planning: Develop a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, identify market opportunities, and monitor trends. šBrand Management: Implement brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels. šDigital Marketing & Campaigns: Lead digital marketing efforts, optimize channels, and analyze performance. šContent Strategy: Develop content to engage target audiences and collaborate with stakeholders. šCommunity Engagement: Grow community presence and build relationships within the blockchain community. šTeam Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. šPartnerships & Collaborations: Pursue partnerships to expand reach and influence. šBudget Management: Manage the marketing budget and track financial performance.
Qualifications:
šMinimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the blockchain sector. šProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, staking, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem. šExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. šAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. šProficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
