Key Responsibilities:

📍Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. 📍Scalability & Performance: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems that support the growth of our platform. 📍Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities. 📍Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. 📍Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance across the engineering team. 📍Talent Development: Onboard and retain top engineering talent. Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:

📍Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. 📍Technical Expertise: Strong background in full-stack development, with deep knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications. 📍Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams, with the ability to inspire and lead by example. 📍Project Management: Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
