Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
šTechnical Leadership: šProvide vision and leadership for the AI engineering team, focusing on the development of Foundryās AI Platform, ML platforms for predictive and generative AI, infrastructure, and incubation projects. šDrive technical excellence and innovation, promoting leading-edge AI and ML technologies and best practices. šLeverage Foundryās SDLC to design and build high-quality software and relentlessly ship value. šEmploy DORA team performance metrics to facilitate continuous improvement. šExperience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams šStrategic Vision: šDevelop and execute a strategic roadmap for the AI Platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product group requirements. šCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver world-class AI-powered experiences. šEngage in forward-looking planning, anticipating future technological needs and opportunities for innovation.Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities:
šBachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. š5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development. š5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing and scaling engineering teams. šProven track record of successfully bringing products to market. šStrong expertise in machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data analytics. šExceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šContinuous learning mindset, adaptability to evolving technologies and a willingness to explore new methodologies and approaches to AI engineering.
