Responsibilities:

📍Demonstrate leadership, ownership, and command of all operational and strategic elements of Treasury management 📍Oversee all cash management functions including customer deposit and withdrawal activity, intercompany cash movement, and account funding 📍Develop and optimize funding sources and channels for operations, and ensure sufficient liquidity and capital for all entities 📍Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs while managing the company’s corporate cash and digital asset portfolio 📍Ensure bank reconciliations and cash closing activities are performed at the end of each reporting period timely and accurately 📍Analyze, monitor, and manage risk exposures across funding, liquidity, and capital, and develop pricing and capital framework for efficient allocation of capital throughout the holding group

Qualifications:

📍12+ years of progressive responsibility in Treasury/Cash Management and/or Liquidity Management, with global Treasury exposure 📍Extensive knowledge of spot and derivatives trading products 📍Strong analytical, financial and systems skills are required, with superior attention to detail 📍Proven effectiveness at developing genuine cross-functional relationships 📍Leadership experience and demonstrated ability to manage teams
