Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šDrive AI+ML and other self-service initiatives with direct client impact and savings. Special focus on Agentic AI. šDrive the tactical roadmap, defining product and market requirements by understanding the needs of clients and strategy from Senior Director šEstablish detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new services and products. Create user stories and document product requirements,develop well-formed features specifications and acceptance criteria šWork with CX team to ensure requirements translate to mockups and meet interaction and design requirements for clients š10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
š12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelorās Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD šAI+ML real-world experience required šAbility to work with internal product development and engineering teams to deliver products on schedule and with great quality. Comfortable in a heavily matrixed organization. šExperienced with agile software development methodology, story, and requirements definition šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities - ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes šEnd-to-end product lifecycle management
