Job Summary
What you will do:
šLead the Next Generation of Digital Marketing: Own and scale Impossible Cloudās digital marketing strategy across Europe, promoting our S3-compatible, decentralized cloud platform that outperforms hyperscalers on speed, sustainability, and cost. šBuild & Empower High-Impact Marketing Programs: Design and implement campaigns, content, and digital initiatives that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement with a hands-on, results-driven approach. šDrive Data-Driven Growth: Utilize analytics and insights to continuously optimize campaigns, conversion funnels, and website performance, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and customer acquisition. šLeverage AI to Supercharge Marketing: Champion AI-powered tools and workflows to automate campaign management, optimize targeting, generate creative content, and enhance personalization across channels. šOperationalize for Scale: Implement scalable marketing processes, workflows, analytics dashboards, and performance metrics to enable predictable growth, higher efficiency, and a strong marketing ROI.
What you bring to the table:
š5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, cloud, or tech companies šProven expertise in marketing automation, process optimization, and AI-powered marketing tools. šHands-on experience running paid media, SEO/SEM, content, email, and social campaigns at scale šStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing strategies šExperience building and scaling marketing workflows, campaign pipelines, and performance tracking šCreative, self-starter mindset with excellent project management and communication skills šProfessional fluency in English and German.
