Job Summary

What you will do:

We are currently looking for a Developer Relations Intern for the Kleros Incubator, helping to get our tech into the hands of teams, founders, and startups. You will work closely on the Incubator’s product roadmap, helping to support portfolio projects, develop new initiatives, and raise awareness of the programme. Expect to grow your personal network at lightning speed and pick up some alpha along the way.

Kleros takes a novel approach in its Developer Relations system. Applicants with a good mix of technical skills, business & strategic thinking, and communication skills will thrive in this role and get ro work on projects not typically found in other devrel positions. You'll sit at the heart of innovation at Kleros and the intersection of tech, business, and community-building.

The Ethereum ecosystem is innovating quickly; so above all, you will be learning new things all the time.

You can either come to the Lisbon office or work fully remotely.

Responsibilities:

Help maintain and improve the quality of DevEx (developer experience) for incubator projects, integration partners, and anyone else building with Kleros. Participate in portfolio management: tracking progress of incubator graduates, funding and partnership assistance, and technical support. Advocate Kleros use cases through external channels such as developer/startup communities, social media, online workshops, in-person events, etc. Help build and manage a community around the incubator and foster a culture of innovation. Assist in championing the Kleros Incubator and attracting new talent to sign up. Help in building a network of VCs and other fundng partners for the Kleros Incubator. Work closely on the planning and execution of Kleros hackathons and other events targeted at developer communities. Research grant and funding strategies of other protocols in the space and use them to iterate on the incubation methodology at Kleros. Experimentation and innovation is at the heart of this role, so you will be expected to contribute your personal insights to the development of the incubator product roadmap and continuous improvement of the DevRel system at Kleros. Requirements:

Intermediate proficiency in web and blockchain technologies: React, ethers.js, Solidity, IPFS, The Graph, + relevant frameworks. (bootcamp, degree, or self-taught, doesn’t matter as long as you can prove skill!) Comfortable working with SDKs and APIs. Ethereum, dApps, and wallets are second nature to you. Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must. Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and contribute innovative ideas. Bonus points if:

You can bring a decent personal network of your own to the table. You have previous startup experience. You have some knowledge of game theory (or are willing to go down this rabbit hole!) You’re located in SEA or East Asia timezone. You have a background in finance. Want to Apply?
