Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šReport directly to the Product DevOps Team Lead, following and contributing to Dev team guidance. šParticipate in debugging and troubleshooting issues related to AWS-managed services with a view toward cost-efficient solutions. šCommunicate effectively with project management to align DevOps activities with project goals, including cost considerations. šGood understanding of DevOps methodology and containerization. šOpen-minded and eager to learn, with a proactive attitude toward skill development. šAddress incidents promptly, and optimize resource utilization for maximum cost efficiency. šOptimize existing AWS resource utilization for cost-effective operations.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. šMinimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on AWS and ECS, with a strong emphasis on cost optimization. šProficiency in AWS services, particularly ECS, RDS, API Gateway, and Lambda functions. along with strong troubleshooting skills and a cost-conscious mindset. šExperience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices, with an understanding of cost implications. šExcellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management and development teams.
