Responsibilities:

📍Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS. 📍Manage production deployments with a focus on reliability, automation, and zero-downtime operations. 📍Deploy and operate Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed clusters). Leverage AWS serverless components (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway) to optimize performance and costs. 📍Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for full observability and proactive incident response. 📍Ensure security best practices, including encryption, IAM management, secrets handling, and compliance with fintech-grade standards. 📍Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting application and data workflows. 📍Collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade solutions.

Requirements:

📍4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, ideally in fintech or other regulated industries. 📍Proven expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.). 📍Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed): design, deployment, scaling, and ongoing operations. 📍Solid background in managing high-availability, production environments. 📍Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation). 📍Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
