Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies. We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
What will you do:
šDesign, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient software releases. šAutomate deployment workflows with tools such as Apache Airflow, AWS Lambda, and ArgoCD, minimizing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency. šMonitor and analyze deployment performance using Splunk and CloudWatch, proactively addressing pipeline issues and ensuring system reliability. šCollaborate closely with developers to integrate new features into production pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely rollouts. šImplement secure rollback mechanisms and advanced deployment strategies, including blue-green and canary deployments, to minimize downtime and risk. šEnsure compatibility, scalability, and reliability of software releases across diverse production environments, supporting platform growth and stability.

What we are looking for:
š3+ years of experience in CI/CD or deployment engineering roles, with a proven track record of managing automated pipelines and seamless deployments. šAdvanced knowledge of CI/CD tools, including GitLab and Jenkins, and proficiency in managing container registries for scalable deployments. šStrong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS for containerized application deployment and orchestration. šExperience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD to streamline deployment and infrastructure automation. šProficiency in workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and event-driven automation using AWS Lambda.
