Marathon Digital Holdings is focused on securing and supporting the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem by building one of the largest, most agile, and most sustainable bitcoin mining operations in the world. We’re growing – quickly. At the start of 2021, we were operating 2,060 miners that were producing 0.2 EH/s. By Mid 2023, we expect to have deployed approximately 199,000 miners producing approximately 23.3 EH/s, potentially representing 7% of the total network according to some estimates (source). Additionally, our objective is for our mining operations to be 100% carbon neutral by the end of this year. We’re here to help make Bitcoin more secure and more widely adopted by bringing a professional and innovative approach to securing the blockchain.
Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
📍Work alongside the Creative Director and other internal stakeholders to effectively construct and implement designed solutions that project the Company’s creative vision and strategy. 📍Provide guidance to the Creative Director, the VP Corporate Communications, and other departments regarding the direction and vision of the Company’s creative strategy. 📍Support the Creative Director and the broader design team in all aspects of the conception, design, development, and execution of all creative, art, and branded work across a variety of media. Such work includes, but is not limited to, motion graphics, animation, corporate logos, letterheads, templates, PowerPoint presentations, corporate swag, etc. 📍Deliver quality, conceptual ideas at high volume in a tight timeframe. 📍Support the Creative Director and broader design team in the management of vendors, freelancers, etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
đź“ŤA minimum of 2-5 years or relevant experience in-house or at an agency. đź“ŤExperience with motion graphics, interactive, 3D, film/video, etc. đź“ŤExcellent conceptual, problem-solving skills and design skills - all accompanied by the ability to guide, evaluate, and if necessary, redirect creative development. đź“ŤProficiency in the formal elements of design, including typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity. đź“ŤExcellent skills with design software used in the creative process, including, but not limited to - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Figma. đź“ŤSolid expertise in developing creative solutions in a variety of campaigns, across a broad range of problems and media. đź“ŤIn depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process, including providing clear communication and creative direction, giving timely and helpful feedback to improve creative solutions. Produce all work cost effectively and on schedule.
