Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Lead end-to-end planning, design, and iteration of derivatives trading products, ensuring performance, reliability, and a competitive user experience. 📍Develop product solutions for both institutional and retail traders, covering areas such as order execution, margin mechanisms, trading flows, and risk parameters. 📍Work closely with risk, quant, and engineering teams to design and optimize platform-level risk control frameworks, including margin models, liquidation logic, and position management. 📍Analyze product performance, trading behavior, and user data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. 📍Build internal tools and business systems that support derivatives growth, operational efficiency, and scalable product development. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Operations, BD, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery, iteration, and long-term roadmap execution. 📍Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and derivatives trading practices to guide product direction and strategic planning.

About you:
📍Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of product experience in trading platforms, futures trading, or financial technology. 📍Strong understanding of trading product architecture, derivatives mechanisms, and core concepts such as leverage, funding rates, mark price, margin requirements, and liquidation processes. 📍Proven ability to translate complex trading logic into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications. 📍Highly proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract insights from user behavior, market activity, and product metrics. 📍Experience with financial instruments such as equities, FX futures, or options is a strong plus.
