Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Product Strategy & Vision: Defining the roadmap and strategic direction for the swapping dApp and perp DEX, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends. 📍Protocol Expertise: Leveraging deep knowledge of top DeFi protocols to enhance product functionality and competitiveness. 📍Feature Development: Translating user needs, market research, and technical insights into well-defined product requirements and features. 📍Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with engineering, marketing, design, and business development teams to ensure seamless product execution and go-to-market strategies. 📍User Experience Focus: Optimising product usability, security, and performance to deliver the best trading experience for users. 📍Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitoring DeFi trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a leading edge in the industry. 📍Leadership & Communication: Acting as the key point of contact for all product-related matters, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of collaboration.

About you:
📍6+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in the DeFi, blockchain, or fintech space. 📍Strong understanding of major DeFi protocols, liquidity mechanisms, tokenomics, and smart contract functionalities. 📍Ability to balance business goals, market opportunities, and technical constraints effectively. 📍Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. 📍Strong analytical skills to track KPIs, measure product success, and make data-backed decisions. 📍Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, decentralized environment. 📍Fluent in English and Mandarin.
