Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage a multi-strategy DeFi-focused crypto assets portfolio, including the execution of trades, balance sheet management, and risk management. šGenerate and pursue trading and yield-generating ideas in DeFi sectors. šContribute to all aspects of trading activities, including trade postings, position reconciliation, risk management tasks, opportunity identification, research, and post-trade analysis. šParticipate in the design and development of trading systems and strategies; continuously collaborate with team members to improve these systems. šStay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments. šCommunicate closely with our globally distributed, multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements
šProfessional trading experience in crypto asset sectors. šExpert-level understanding of DeFi markets, protocols, and projects. šProven track record in idea generation and investment performance. šAbility to articulate and troubleshoot trades, strategies, and systems. šStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. šA sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
