Responsibilities

📍Strategic Integrations: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize DeFi protocols for integration with existing and new Paxos Labs products. 📍Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the DeFi ecosystem, including protocol teams, developers, and community leaders. 📍Product Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive user adoption and growth for Paxos Labs' existing DeFi-focused products. 📍Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of the latest trends, developments, and competitive landscape within the DeFi space, providing insights to inform product strategy. 📍Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure seamless technical integrations and a positive developer experience. 📍Community Engagement: Represent Paxos Labs at industry events, conferences, and online forums to foster community engagement and showcase our product suite. 📍Stakeholder Education: Provide support across the GTM team around educating and breaking down the complexities of DeFi in a manner that resonates with the enterprise audience

Qualifications

📍Hard Skills 📍DeFi Expertise: Deep understanding of major DeFi protocols, their architectures, and underlying mechanisms (e.g., lending/borrowing, AMMs, stablecoins, derivatives). 📍Technical Communication Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Partnership Experience: Proven experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships in the blockchain or fintech industries. 📍Product Growth: Experience in driving user acquisition and growth for digital products, preferably in the crypto or DeFi space. 📍Data Analysis: Ability to analyze market data, user metrics, and on-chain activity to inform decision-making.
