Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDesign & implement scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and store data from multiple sources (blockchain data, Google Analytics, CRM, internal databases). šBuild & maintain a centralised data warehouse (BigQuery or similar) to unify structured and unstructured data. šDevelop & optimise SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. šCreate and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics, helping teams make data-driven decisions. šEnsure data accuracy & reliability by implementing validation and quality assurance processes. šAutomate data processes and improve efficiency through scripting (Python, SQL). šIntegrate Web3 analytics tools (e.g. Dune Analytics, Allium, Flipside, etc.) for blockchain data insights.
What You'll Need
šStrong SQL skills (BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or similar). šExperience with ETL tools (e.g. Airbyte, Fivetran, or other or custom-built solutions). šProficiency in Python for scripting and automation. šAbility to work with a variety of APIs to extract and integrate data (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM, blockchain indexers). šUnderstanding of blockchain data structures, and how to work with transaction data. šA pragmatic mindsetāyou know when to build from scratch and when to use existing solutions. šExperience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Google Data Studio, Metabase). šAbility to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
