Requirements

📍Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a data & analytics environment. 📍Background in at least one of the following domains is a must: Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or AI & Automation. 📍Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for development teams. 📍Hands-on experience working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams. 📍Good understanding of data validation, testing, and feedback cycles. 📍Ability to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. 📍Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality in deliverables. 📍Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting product delivery cycles. 📍Passion for data & analytics and enthusiasm for driving impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

📍Partner with the Product Manager to ensure requirements are well-scoped and documented, and delivery priorities are aligned with overall objectives. 📍Engaging with stakeholders to understand their business needs and define what solutions to build. 📍Collect, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into a data & analytics backlog.
