Job Summary
The opportunity
📍Analyze blockchain and payments data (wallet activity, liquidity flows, protocol events) at scale. 📍Validate blockchain transactions and reconcile onchain data with internal ledgers and data sources. 📍Interact with blockchain APIs and our data lake to ensure data accuracy and consistency. 📍Build and maintain automated data models and ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, Airflow, and dbt. 📍Design dashboards that reveal trends across user growth, capital movement, and transaction health. 📍Develop and automate KPIs to monitor product health, payments success, and system reliability. 📍Partner with engineers to improve data quality, schema design, and pipeline performance. 📍Communicate insights through clear, actionable storytelling accessible to all audiences.
Skills you should HODL
📍3+ years in analytics, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial platforms. 📍Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, bridges, DEXs, token mechanics). 📍Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, visualization tools). 📍Experience developing ETL pipelines with Airflow or equivalent orchestrators. 📍Familiarity with dbt and version-controlled analytics workflows. 📍Ability to build clear and intuitive BI dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau, etc.). 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. 📍Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business impact.
