What you’ll do

📍Serve as the go-to data expert within the organization, developing and maintaining critical metrics and dashboards used by the entire organization. 📍Leverage off-the-shelf tools such as Dune Analytics for immediate impact while working cross functionally to define and implement our long-term data strategy. 📍Design and implement a robust data pipeline and ETL process to power our analytics for business intelligence purposes. 📍Combine on-chain and off-chain analysis to tell a cohesive data story and how it applies to the business or products involved. 📍Evaluate and integrate data visualization tools such as Tableau or Apache Superset that will be used to gain insights and inform business decisions. 📍Generate clear and concise reports to communicate key findings and recommendations. 📍Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose strategies for continuous product improvement.

What you’ll bring

📍Familiarity with blockchain and DeFi metrics, particularly within the 📍Solana ecosystem. 📍Experience with blockchain analytics platforms, such as Dune Analytics, or the ability to quickly master new tools. 📍Proficiency in working with various data sources, including APIs, RDBMS, structured and unstructured data, demonstrating the ability to ingest data from many sources. 📍Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and query execution. 📍A collaborative spirit, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective data dashboards and analytics strategies. 📍Ownership mentality: if you see a better way, you work with others to get it done. 📍Desire to delve into raw data to uncover behavioral trends and insights.
