Job Summary
About the role:
Coinhako is looking for a Data Analyst Intern who sees data as a narrative tool, not just a spreadsheet. In this role, you won't just pull numbers — you'll help teams understand user behavior and make better decisions. You'll work closely with product managers and marketing teams to see how users interact with the product and find ways to improve growth and retention. You'll also receive mentorship and guidance to help you grow your skills as a data analyst.
Responsibilities:
📍Analyze product and business questions — look at user behavior and product data to understand trends, conversion funnels, user activity, and performance metrics. 📍Identify opportunities to improve growth and reduce user drop-off. 📍Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to help turn business questions into data analysis and share insights that drive better decisions. 📍Build dashboards that help teams track performance and make data easier to explore and understand. 📍Work with the data team to improve data quality, help organize and define key metrics, and support projects that use data for advanced analytics and AI.
Requirements:
📍Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 📍Some experience with data analysis or data-related projects (internships, school projects, etc.). 📍Basic to strong SQL skills. 📍Interest in analyzing user behavior or product data. 📍Ability to break down unclear business questions into data analysis. 📍Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-have: 📍Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics. 📍Experience with dashboards such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Quicksight. 📍Experience running or analyzing A/B tests. 📍Some knowledge of Python or R. 📍Interest in modern technologies like AI or cloud tools.
