Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Responding to our customers' questions on communication channels such as Telegram, Discord, Slack, and other portals. 📍Resolving basic questions and issues or forwarding customers to already available information sources. 📍Create, organize, and track technical support tickets. Activate our technical support team members as needed. 📍Updating customers regularly for longer outstanding tickets.
Requirements
📍Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. 📍Ability to work methodically and diligently, see where to contribute, and work independently. 📍Willing to work European hours 5 days per week. 📍At least 2 years experience in customer-facing roles. 📍More than basic knowledge of blockchain technology, namely on the read/write layer (RPC nodes) and being able to read transactions on blockchain explorers. Interpret visual graphs—excellent technical deduction skills.
