Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šProvide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels (Zendesk, email, chat, or Telegram if necessary). šConduct regular QA reviews of customer support interactions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high service standards. šCollaborate with the team to improve chatbot workflows, content, and performance. šAssist in documenting support processes and best practices. šContribute to overall customer experience improvements by sharing insights and feedback.
Requirements:
šAt least 1ā2 years of experience in Customer Support or a related role. šFamiliarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms. šExperience in QA for customer service. šKnowledge of chatbot systems (setup, optimization, or bot training). šStrong written and verbal communication skills in English. šDetail-oriented, with the ability to identify process gaps and suggest improvements. šA team player with a problem-solving mindset.
