What you’ll do:

📍Define the technological landscape for the platform that should support mid- and long-term business goals. 📍Pick up suitable delivery and operation models, setting up all a level of metrics to provide data-driven decision making. 📍Create and justify IT roadmaps that should be aligned with the product roadmap and rely on proper planning and prioritization activities. 📍Build and maintain a team including profiling, job description, interviewing, staffing, onboarding, performance tracking, promoting and dismissal - to ensure that every developer has a personal development that is aligned with strategic goals and constantly improving their skills. 📍Manage expectations for key stakeholders, provide estimations and transparent reporting. 📍Govern the delivery across stakeholders, making sure the design, code and overall solution is of top-notch quality.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

📍Relevant experience and a proven track record in lead/managerial roles for at least three years. 📍Strong understanding and practical experience in handling complicated engineering issues, ensuring quality and timely delivery. 📍Experience and up-to-date knowledge of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions. 📍Ability to research and predict how different technologies can impact an organization's development. 📍Ability to handle conflicts with both people and technology using good communication skills with people of all levels. 📍Extensive experience with PHP, Wordpress, and React.
