Responsibilities
šMaintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. šRespond to comments and community member queries in a timely manner šCommunicating with customers through various channels. šAcknowledging and resolving customer complaints. šKnowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. šProcessing orders, forms, applications, and requests. šKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. šWork with the team to improve the server and community experience, increase engagement and activity šProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. šManaging a team of junior customer service representatives. šEnsure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. šAssist with other matters relevant to the role, as provided by Token Metrics šIdentify & remove spam, scammers, and inappropriate content from our Discord server
Requirements
šFamiliarity with CRM systems Preferably Intercom šAbility to navigate community management tools Like Telegram, Discord šCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers šExcellent communication and presentation skills šAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
