Job Summary
Responsibilities
šManage end-to-end production across static, video, and written content. šDevelop creative briefs and guide designers, copywriters, and video editors, ensuring all deliverables meet creative and brand standards. šOversee quality control for visuals, videos, and copy prior to delivery. šManage production timelines, priorities, and resource allocation effectively. šMaintain a high volume of creative output while ensuring consistent quality. šCommunicate directly with clients to understand goals, gather feedback, and provide updates. šSupervise and support creative teams throughout all stages of production. šHire, onboard, and mentor new members of the production and creative teams. šCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. šTrack budgets, estimate costs, and ensure financial efficiency across projects. šIdentify and implement process improvements to optimize creative operations.
Requirements
š2+ years of experience in creative production for external clients as a producer. šProven video production experience with a background in motion design, including hands-on ability to develop and refine design concepts. š2+ years of experience leading creative teams, with a strong track record of scaling output and improving creative performance. šExperience managing marketing or content projects in the crypto or fintech space (preferred). šActive participant and enthusiast in the crypto space, with a solid understanding of crypto fundamentals (required). šClear understanding of the crypto media landscape, especially YouTube, X, and Telegram (required).
