Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCreative Design Delivery:
šInterpret creative briefs to produce best-in-class design assets for Asia and global campaigns, including key visuals, social media, digital marketing, events, and OOH.
šFollow and translate creative direction into compelling, on-brand designs for daily, weekly, and seasonal campaigns.
šCollaborate with design leads, project managers, copywriters, and senior designers to deliver integrated creative campaigns.
šAct as the creative liaison for local marketing teams in Greater China and Asia, leading regional creative efforts.
šContinuously challenge and innovate design approaches to elevate Binanceās brand presence.
šLocalization & Campaign Scaling:
šLocalize and adapt global creative assets for Asian markets, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness.
šDesign, localise and mass produce paid advertising campaign assets.
šSupport acquisition and retention teams by delivering engaging digital campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement.
šAnalyze campaign performance insights and apply learnings to optimize creative output.
šStay updated on competitor activity, brand trends, and social media design innovations.
šCreative Operations & Team Collaboration:
šAssist in defining and improving creative workflows and processes with design leads and program managers.
šWork closely with global and regional marketing, social media, events, and campaign teams to ensure a consistent omni-channel brand experience.
šManage daily tasks independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
šMentor junior designers and support onboarding of new team members.
šCoordinate with third-party agencies and freelancers to deliver creative projects.
šBuild and maintain strong relationships with Binanceās global and Asia marketing teams to align creative vision.
Requirements:
šDegree or professional qualification in graphic, brand, or digital design.
šMinimum 4 yearsā experience as a designer in a global business or agency environment, preferably in fast-paced sectors like crypto, life>
šBilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
šProven ability to deliver high-quality creative assets under tight deadlines.
šStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma; knowledge of 3D software and generative AI tools is a plus.
