Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍You will be accountable for Starlink's growth and success in select regions, identifying and removing barriers to growth, championing user experience in each country, and driving initiatives to accelerate adoption. 📍Deeply understand the customer and Starlink experience in the country, elevating insights to drive localized improvements to the customer experience 📍Adapt localized operations to optimize new market launches and long-term business success (new sales channels, logistics, customer support, etc.) to achieve revenue and profit goals 📍Develop and maintain weekly deployment forecasts based on a detailed understanding of demand and supply constraints 📍Identify and drive opportunities to accelerate growth in key markets 📍Identify and drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency of our operations 📍Champion key strategic consumer-focused projects end-to-end by working cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
📍Bachelor's degree 📍1+ years of experience with Excel and SQL (internship experience qualifies)
