Job Summary
In this role, you will:
📍Manage the systematic arrangement of the Company’s corporate documents, ensuring they’re organized and comply with all relevant regulations and internal guidelines. 📍Collaborate with notaries to smoothly execute the 📍Company’s corporate actions, maintaining open communication and ensuring all legal requirements are met with precision. 📍Engage with offshore corporate secretaries in effective communication, ensuring alignment with 📍Pintu’s offshore entities and their respective corporate governance structures. 📍Involve in tasks related to the above responsibilities to handle any additional matters that may arise in the realm of corporate secretarial functions.
Who We Are Looking For
đź“ŤAt least 2 years of practical experience in a relevant professional capacity. đź“ŤProficient in both verbal and written English communication. đź“ŤIn-depth understanding of Indonesian Corporate Law. đź“ŤA commitment to meticulous work practices, ensuring precision and attention to detail in all tasks. đź“ŤProficient in managing work and documents in an organized and efficient manner. đź“ŤEffective Work and Document Management.
