Job Summary

Responsibilties

šŸ“Assist investment or M&A deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution šŸ“Conduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions šŸ“Prepare investment memo, management presentations and other reports to senior management šŸ“Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business inntiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with BU leaders or other resources as necessary šŸ“Produce fundraising materials for potential investor meetings šŸ“Assist and follow up project in all aspect such as liaising and coordinating with internal / external parties and oversea subsidiaries, administrative support and follow-up procedure etc. šŸ“Coordinate and manage relationships with investors and intermediaries

Requirement

šŸ“Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience šŸ“Min 1-2 year professional experience šŸ“Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) šŸ“Proficient in spoken and written English (Chinese or other Asian language would be a plus) šŸ“Good analytical skill šŸ“Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player šŸ“A good problem solver, be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours šŸ“Strong interests in latest technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence)
