Responsibilties

📍Assist investment or M&A deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution 📍Conduct research, financial analysis and valuation in evaluating prospective transactions 📍Prepare investment memo, management presentations and other reports to senior management 📍Support the assessment, strategy development and planning associated with new capabilities, new business inntiatives and other strategic efforts, partnering with BU leaders or other resources as necessary 📍Produce fundraising materials for potential investor meetings 📍Assist and follow up project in all aspect such as liaising and coordinating with internal / external parties and oversea subsidiaries, administrative support and follow-up procedure etc. 📍Coordinate and manage relationships with investors and intermediaries

Requirement

📍Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or equivalent practical experience 📍Min 1-2 year professional experience 📍Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) 📍Proficient in spoken and written English (Chinese or other Asian language would be a plus) 📍Good analytical skill 📍Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player 📍A good problem solver, be able to work independently, under pressure and long hours 📍Strong interests in latest technology (e.g. Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Artificial Intelligence)
