The Role

📍We’re hiring a Content Team made up of three key full-time roles: 📍 Content Host: be the face of KAST across platforms, create content ideas, interview guests at events, and host regular video updates, AMAs, and community spotlights. 📍Photographer: capture and edit high-quality, energetic photos not just at events, but also for campaigns, product shoots, team features, and lifestyle branding. 📍Videographer: film, edit, and produce dynamic video content — from event coverage to product explainers, social reels, and behind-the-scenes storytelling. 📍This isn’t just about events. The content team will play a key role in producing consistent, high-quality creative output that keeps KAST’s brand active across social, web, and community channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

📍Work closely with the KAST leadership team to develop content strategy 📍Capture interviews, crowd moments, and behind-the-scenes footage at global events 📍Produce evergreen content: product explainers, brand storytelling, team features 📍Create and execute engaging social-first content ideas (Reels, TikToks, shorts, etc.) 📍Deliver polished photo and video assets ready for global distribution 📍Help shape KAST’s brand voice and visual style through daily content output
