Job Summary

What You’ll Do:

📍Email Campaign Architect: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with our company objectives and drives engagement, conversion, and retention. 📍Content Connoisseur: Create compelling content for digital and email campaigns, including captivating subject lines, persuasive copy, and visually stunning graphics. Whether it's crafting persuasive sales pitches, informative newsletters, or engaging storytelling, you'll captivate our audience and keep them coming back for more. 📍Segmentation Strategist: Segment our content and email list based on audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to tailor content and messaging to specific audience segments, maximizing relevance and driving engagement. 📍Automation Aficionado: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline email campaign execution and optimize efficiency. From drip campaigns to triggered responses, you'll leverage automation to deliver the right message to the right person at the right time, driving conversion and nurturing relationships. 📍Performance Optimizer: Monitor and analyze the performance of content and email campaigns. Use insights from data analysis to optimize performance, refine targeting strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit:

📍Minimum of 3-5 years in content marketing, email marketing, growth marketing or related field 📍Passion for storytelling and developing marketing content across digital channels. 📍Ability to quickly execute and iterate in a fast-paced environment. 📍Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines on the go. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS required
