đź“Ť3+ years of relevant professional experience in social media, marketing, communications, community engagement, or a related field. đź“ŤStrong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. đź“ŤSkilled at crafting clear, authentic content tailored to a technical audience across various formats (social, blogs, documentation, etc.). đź“ŤProven ability to ideate, test, and iterate on content and distribution strategies based on performance data. đź“ŤCreative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a strong sense of brand voice. đź“ŤSelf-starter with a high sense of ownership and ability to manage projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment. đź“ŤExperience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment.
