Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop, enhance, and maintain compliance systems by: reviewing historical investigation data, conducting testing, assurance, and control, system documentation and governance, change management control, monitoring of system controls and investigations of incidents and continuously improve and implement improvement šŸ“Research and identify compliance-related risks in cryptocurrency business šŸ“Track policy trends and guidelines from international bodies and governments šŸ“Evaluate and document compliance risks associated with Binance's activities šŸ“Conduct horizon scanning for regulatory and internal developments Assess FCC and Sanctions risk profiles and their impact on internal projects šŸ“Draft business requirements for product and technology teams Understand technology and system architecture design šŸ“Lead projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines and budgets šŸ“Perform data analysis to derive compliance risks using a data-driven approach šŸ“Confidently raise challenges and provide different perspectives šŸ“Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

šŸ“6+ years of experience in international compliance/financial crime compliance šŸ“Knowledge of banking business, processes, procedures, and systems šŸ“University degree in Compliance, Law, Computer Science, Data Science, or Statistics preferred šŸ“ACAMS or ACFCS certification preferred šŸ“Strong analytical, writing, and judgment skills šŸ“Professional knowledge of FCC/Sanctions domain and related processes and technology šŸ“Experience in strategic initiatives and FCC/Sanctions oversight šŸ“Ability to work across functional and geographic lines šŸ“Pragmatic, energetic, and innovative mindset šŸ“Strong communication skills, fluent in English
